By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
- To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding agreements.
- You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USE OF AI SERVICES
4.1 Intellectual Property Rights
- The AI Suite remains the exclusive intellectual property of Deal.ai, and Corporate Bloom Inc. does not claim ownership over the core AI technology.
- Users do not gain ownership rights to AI-generated outputs.
- AI-generated content may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights, and we do not guarantee ownership or originality.
4.2 User Responsibilities for AI Use
Users must ensure that AI-generated content is not used for illegal, deceptive, or misleading activities. AI-generated text, images, or other media must not violate intellectual property laws or ethical guidelines.
4.3 Restrictions on AI Service Usage
Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify AI algorithms, or use AI-generated content for malicious activities, including misinformation or hate speech.
4.4 Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party services (such as APIs, software, or platforms). Corporate Bloom Inc. is not responsible for the performance, availability, or reliability of any third-party services.
5. PAYMENTS & NO REFUND POLICY
- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
- Subscription fees are due in full at the time of purchase.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & LIMITATIONS
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party disruptions. We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Engaging in activities that mislead or impersonate others
- Scraping, hacking, or unauthorized data collection
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Users may cancel their subscription, but fees remain non-refundable.
If Corporate Bloom Inc. loses its reseller agreement with Deal.ai, accounts associated with affected services may be discontinued.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content or custom solutions.
10. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA SECURITY
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with third-party partners, including Deal.ai, for service functionality. We do not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted data.
11. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL DISPUTES
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
11.2 Arbitration & Waiver of Class Actions
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Idaho under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Users waive their right to class-action lawsuits.
11.3 Limitation on Lawsuits
Any claim or cause of action must be filed within one (1) year from the event that gave rise to the claim. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the claim.
11.4 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Corporate Bloom Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from claims arising from the use of our services or violations of these Terms.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Corporate Bloom Inc. is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government actions, or technical failures.
13. CUSTOMER SUPPORT SLA
We offer customer support for issues related to our services. Our support response times are typically within 48 hours during business days. Users should contact support at Support@CorporateBloom.com for any service-related inquiries.
14. CONTENT MODERATION POLICY
Users must adhere to our content moderation guidelines, and we reserve the right to remove or block any content that violates intellectual property laws, ethical standards, or our Terms of Use.
15. ESCALATION OF COMPLAINTS
If a user has an issue that is not resolved by our initial customer support, the user can escalate the issue by submitting a formal complaint to Legal@CorporateBloom.com. All complaints will be reviewed and addressed within 5-7 business days.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
